Complete with an array of meeting rooms, offices, collaborative spaces, a bar, and an entertainment room ― we have created a perfect environment to cultivate future projects. In fact, Digital Aero Technologies have ear-marked a significant fund to support evolutionary products, exciting ideas, and new businesses.

With its latest architectural project – an office building with a real jet inside – Avia Solutions Group, a leading aerospace services group, has proven that no idea is too big for this aviation giant.

The group has planned and is in the midst of building a one-of-a-kind architectural masterpiece – an office building with an actual aircraft at its heart. The building is being constructed in AeroCity, an aviation business and entertainment project in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, and located close to Vilnius International Airport. The new building is expected to open its doors to the public by the end of 2021.

The eight floor construction is cube-shaped, with a large atrium in the centre of the building overlooked by offices, making the grand first floor a unique, ‘square under a roof’. It will be a spacious, light, 8-meter high area composed of glass walls and minimalist infrastructure. But, the most unique feature of this architectural project is a real Bombardier CRJ 200 business jet which stands as a breathtaking centrepiece for the entire design. 

A team of professionals have worked for months to make this happen. From extensive planning and calculations, to finding the best solutions and preparing the actual plane for 'landing', the task has been a mammoth undertaking. In May 2021 all this work and meticulous planning payed off when the jet's huge frame was lowered using cranes through an opening in the roof and has now safely 'landed' on the first floor of the new office building.

Paris has the Eiffel Tower, London has Big Ben, and by the end of 2021, Vilnius will have an airplane in an office for everyone to visit and enjoy!

KlasJet’s exclusively designed Boeing 737-VIP (LY-KDT) aircraft with 56 executive class seats for VIP charter flights is ready to take you and your team to your destination in full comfort. The aircraft was completely refurbished in January 2019. 

Avion Express Chief Pilot invited the cadets of Avion Express and BAA Training Cadet Programme to practice in an Airbus A320 full-flight simulator. 

Avion Express together with BAA Training created a Cadet Programme for aspiring pilots with little to no experience. After graduation, pilots have an opportunity to land a flying job at Avion Express. The first group of the Programme has already visited the company’s headquarters, and the cadets have already become an important part of Avion Express.

AIR Convention Europe 2019, held in Vilnius, Lithuania, was an event that attracted over 1000 aviation professionals from more than 30 countries. The event had a strong focus on innovation. It also hosted the first 36-hour-long hackathon, where more than 50 people were tasked to create the aviation solutions of tomorrow. From drone security to airport optimization, to pollution reduction, to data collection, to entertainment systems.

Spanning three days of exclusive events, exhibition and conference, the aviation industry review featured high-level representatives from the world’s leading airlines, airports, aviation training schools, MRO and other companies operating in the aviation sector.

On the 19th of April, Baltic Ground Services (BGS) – a Lithuanian company situated in Vilnius, which provides ground handling for aircraft and passenger services at 16 airports in Europe, landed the first Turkish Airlines Airbus A330 Cargo aircraft at the Vilnius Airport. The Turkish Airlines deal has been signed for a three-year period.

According to the agreement, the Airbus A330 will operate on scheduled flights 2 times a week. The aircraft can carry more than 70,000 kg of cargo per flight.

AviaAM Leasing - the company actively operating in global aviation market in partnership with Avion Express - the largest narrow-body ACMI operator present its Airbus A321-211 aircraft reconfiguration project. During the project were made a comprehensive set of works: both aircraft interiors were fully refurbished according to the needs of Avion Express, including reconfiguration into 220 Y, A-check and C-check before the transfer to the operator.

Gediminas Ziemelis, Chairman of the Board of Avia Solutions Group, opens the largest and most influential global commercial aviation forum - AIR Convention, which was held on the 26th -27th of September in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Launched in September 2018, the first AIR Convention event was held in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. A unique event for the region welcomed almost a thousand of attendees, leading airlines representatives, including Emirates, United, Lufthansa, and Etihad Airways, companies like Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, decision-makers and high-class aviation experts from all over the world to start the ball rolling on the front burner industry issues.

Boeing B737-524 corporate jet conversion performed by FL Technics EASA Design Organization (EASA.21J.496). European business aviation company KlasJet has supplemented its fleet with the first narrow-body business aircraft. Newly modified and furnished to meet the demands of sports teams, large business traveler groups and government officials.

Avia Solutions Group hosts a media conference at FL Technics Vilnius hangar presenting the newly furnished Boeing 737 business jet. Having undergone major cabin and livery refurbishment, the BBJ seats 56 travellers in leather covered business class seats. It is especially designed for large groups of business travellers, as well as sports teams. Euroleague team BC Zalgiris Kaunas has become the first future client of KlasJet‘s business jet and will use it to travel to away games.

Avia Solutions Group joined Rimantas Kaukėnas Charitable Foundation in promoting the charitable cause – helping children fight against cancer.
