Baltic Ground Services UAB from investment company Invalda AB. "Acquisition

Avia Asset Management, a member of flyLAL Group Services, AB, announces the
incomes of nearly LTL 29 million earned by it in 9 months of this year, i.e.
10 times bigger incomes than those received in the same period of 9 months
last year. EBITDA (earnings of these three quarters before interest,
taxes, depreciation and amortisation) amounted to LTL 27.5 million. |

flyLAL Technics earned one quarter bigger incomes this
year Aircraft technical maintenance and repair company flyLAL Technics after
consolidating the results of 9 months of this year announced the incomes of
LTL 46.1 million, i.e. 25.6% more than during 9 months in the last
year. EBITDA of 9 months this year is LTL 7.3 million, EBITDA of 9
months last year was LTL 4.2 million. Profit before taxes earned by the

attendants training centre flyLAL Training has already been certified by
aviation specialists and recognised as suitable for use. The simulator
provides 100% imitation of real flight by aircraft Boeing 737. Upon
putting the flight simulator Boeing 737 into operation, flyLAL Training centre
will be equipped with all necessary technical facilities for organising not
