In 2004	the publication “Review of debt market 2001–2005” prepared by G. Žiemelis was published in which analytical materials from the debt recovery market as well as practical advices how to avoid debts and how to manage them effectively are presented.
In 2004	the analysis was done under the request of the public anti-corruption institution Transparency international, in which the analysis of all the financial sponsors of 2004 and envisaged risk factors in the financing of political parties are presented. In this study, proposals were presented to limit the sum of support allowed for one subject (later a law amendment limiting one subject’s amount of support to 39.000 Litas came into being); natural persons that support political parties by significant amounts of money are suggested to be equated to legal entities whose personal information may be disseminated publicly, and appropriate amendments of Personal data protection laws are suggested to be made;
In 2008	under the request of Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania practical proposals on what anti-crisis actions are to be taken were formulated.
