AVIA SOLUTIONS GROUP, AB - Notification about acquisition (disposal) of a stake of shares

Avia Solutions Group AB announces that today the Company has received from HARBERIN ENTERPRISES LIMITED, 1 Alvonos str., Maria House 5th floor, CY 1075 Nicosia, CYPRUS, the notification regarding the decrease in the number of votes in Avia Solutions Group AB below the threshold of 15 percent (please, see annex).

Before the notified share transactions, Harberin held 1.027.375 shares in the Company constituting 17,43 percent in the share capital of the Company, which vested in their holder 1.027.375 votes at the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company, such votes accounting for 17,43 percent of the overall number of votes.
