AVIA SOLUTIONS GROUP, AB - FL Technics AB, part of Avia Solutions Group AB, to acquire Storm Aviation Limited (UK)

On the 2nd of September 2011 FL Technics AB, subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group AB, subject to conditions precedent, agreed to acquire Storm Aviation Limited (UK), the leading provider of Line Maintenance services for narrow bodied and wide bodied aircraft including Boeing 737, Boeing 777, Airbus 340, and Airbus 380. Storm Aviation Limited  provides services at airports in the United Kingdom and Europe including Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Spain and Cyprus with a headcount of almost 100 people. This acquisition will enable FL Technics AB to have a network of 24 Line Stations in total across Europe and the CIS and extend capability list of line maintenance services for further expansion of the business.
