AVIA SOLUTIONS GROUP, AB - Avia Solutions Group AB sold Estonian charter operations

In December 2011, Avia Solutions Group AB transferred to Brova Air OU its entire share holding in Small Planet Airlines AS (Estonia) amounting to 95.5%. The company was sold after a decision was taken not to maintain a separate Air Operator’s Certificate in a relatively small and fragmented Estonian charter market. Following the transaction the name of the company will be changed to North Wind Airlines AS.

Avia Solutions Group AB will continue development of charter business under the brand of Small Planet Airlines through remaining legal entities bearing Air Operator’s Certificates in Lithuania, Poland and Italy.
