AVIA SOLUTIONS GROUP, AB - Avia Solutions Group AB has completed the sale of a 10 per cent shareholding of Small Planet Airlines s.r.l. (Italy) to S.G.S.T. s.r.l. (Italy)

On the 26th of October 2011 Avia Solutions Group AB has completed the sale of 1,220 Small Planet Airlines s.r.l. (Italy) shares to S.G.S.T. s.r.l. (Italy), representing 10 per cent of the share capital in the company. Currently S.G.S.T. s.r.l.  is the main client of Small Planet Airlines s.r.l. Sales proceeds from the disposal of a 10 per cent shareholding in Small Planet Airlines s.r.l. amounted to EUR 152.7 thousand. Following the sale, Avia Solutions Group AB remains the major shareholder of Small Planet Airlines s.r.l. with a 85.5 per cent shareholding.
