
Baltic Ground Services (BGS) provides passenger and aircraft ground handling and into-plane fuelling services at Lithuanian and Polish airports. Dynamically growing company constantly analyzes development opportunities in the markets of other countries as well (Italy, Ukraine).
With 20 years of experience and a highly qualified team of professionals, BGS provide services to the recognized leaders in the aviation sector. BGS handles 15 thousand flights and 1.5 million passengers every year. Recently, BGS gained the right to operate the VNO fuel facility for 10 years.

In 2007, the company established the ISO 9001 quality management system.
In 2008, BGS has become the first in Europe and one of the ten in the world ground handling company to be awarded the ISAGO safety and quality certificate for ground handling services. ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) is an audit programme for ground handling companies and airlines established in 2008 by IATA and consisting of an internationally recognized set of requirements, evaluating management of ground handling companies’ processes and control systems at the company and airport level.
Baltic Ground Services has all necessary licences to provide ground handling services at six largest airports of Poland – Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan and Katowice. Moreover, BGS PL has received a licence to supply aviation fuel for the Polish market. The licence issued by the Polish Energy Regulatory Office (URE) is valid until the end of the year 2030. Currently, BGS PL provides ground handling services at Warsaw airport and into-plane fuelling services at Krakow and Katowice airports. By implementing its plans of further development, the company will continue consistent development in other airports of Poland (Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan).
