•         We are interested in a spread of new technologies. Annually we organize or participate at  international conferences that mainly focus on application aspects of new technologies in aviation business. In 2008, a conference held together with „On Air“ and „Airbus Kid Systeme“ presented the mobile connection solutions for airlines.

•         We are aware of the pollution problems. The very first step that we took was installation of winglets on the aircraft. For the first time in Lithuania we installed special elements on the wings of the aircraft. The aircraft with additional elements on the wings will use up to 4% less fuel and this will help to reduce the fuel consumption on the flights.

•         We are encouraging the development of aviation business in Lithuania. Annually we are trying to present our ideas and strategic aspects of aviation business in Lithuania. The latest professional analyses “How Vilnius could become the transit axes in the Baltic states?” were presented at the annual Lithuanian entrepreneur’s conference “Lūžio taškas” (“Turning-point”) in 2008.

•         We are interested in sharing our professional experience. We provide consultations for aviation business companies in Kazakhstan, Georgia and other countries that wish to change their fleet according to new standards and need help in re-qualifying their staff and applying of new technologies.

  •         We are popularizing the profession of a Pilot and aviation sector. We organise excursions for children and students giving them the possibility to try the flight simulator, to see the process of maintenance in our Technic hangars and Training centres. We are sure that the young generation should respect aviation and aviation professions.
