We are interested in modern technologies. Annually we organize or attend international conferences focusing on implementation of modern technologies in aviation business. In 2008, a conference held together with „On Air“ and „Airbus Kid Systeme“ presented on-board mobile connection solutions for airlines.
 
We are aware of pollution problems. The very first step we took was in install winglets on our aircraft. We were the first in Lithuania to do so. Aircraft with additional elements on the wings use up to 4% less fuel thus reducing pollution.
 
We encourage development of aviation business in Lithuania. Annually we are trying to present our ideas and strategic aspects of aviation business in Lithuania. The latest professional analysis “How Vilnius could become the transit axes in the Baltic states?” was presented at the annual Lithuanian entrepreneur’s conference “Lūžio taškas” (“Turning-point”) in 2008.
 
We are interested in sharing our professional experience. We provide consultations to aviation business companies in Kazakhstan, Georgia and other countries that plan to change their aircraft fleet according to new standards and need help in staff training or in applying new technologies.
 
We promote pilot’s profession and aviation sector. We organize excursions for children and students giving them the possibility to try the full flight simulator, see the process of aircraft maintenance in our hangars. We are certain that the young generation should get acquainted with aviation and respect the aviation professions.
